The bottled was designed by Serge Mansau who added distinctive touches of gold and iridescent clouds which float and reveal a magic starry sky. It is light, unusual and inspired by New Year's fir tree decorations. The bottle is romantic to the finest details. It enchants with a small figure of a person looking through a telescope towards the starry sky, excited about the possibility of finding its own fragrant star.
This blend of interesting notes opens with accords of elemi, lemon and bitter orange, with a heart full of pink pepper, Indonesian black pepper, amber and violet, while base notes incorporate oak moss, cedar, vetiver, Peruvian balm and benzoin. Creators of this enchanting aroma are Ralf Schwieger and Nathalie Feisthauer.
After Eau des Merveilles, new fragrant creations of the house of Hermes appeared: Eau des Merveilles Constelation, Pegasus, Elixir des Merveilles from 2006, as well as Parfum des Merveilles.
