The singer had said in the past that she wanted to do a men's fragrance for beau Olivier Martinez on what turned out to be the eve of her breakup with her then boyfriend. In 2009, she creates new men's fragrance featuring new boyfriend Spanish model Andres Velencoso Segura who looks not unlike Olivier Martinez. Her new fragrance is called, Inverse.

Inverse features notes of lavender, cardamom, coriander, pepper, mint, star anise, blood orange, benzoin, nutmeg, tonka bean, heliotrope, labdanum, cedar, amber, musk, evaporated milk and patchouli. Kylie states that it is quite natural that the collection ges the first masculine representative after several perfumes for women. Inverse is intensive, funny and sexy, dedicated to each man strong enough to stay true to himself.

Inverse shows the opposites presented on the flacon. Rectangular flacon design is crowned with a metal stopper. The light and dark side reflect the theme of the fragrance and it contrasts: gentle and strong, day and night. It's modern and sleek.
