Tom Ford has expanded its fragrance portfolio with a new unisex collection that captures luxury and definitive elegance. Introducing the Private Blend White Musk Collection, a quartet of distinctive fragrances inspired by one of the most important element in Tom Ford's fragrant palette: Musk. The fragrance collection includes White Suede, Jasmine Musk, Musk Pure, and Urban Musk.

White Suede explores the masculine-feminine tension of musk combined with soft leather. Notes of Bulgarian rose and saffron magnify a heart of thyme, mate tea, olibanum, and lily of the valley. A base finishes with warm amber, suede and sandalwood. It's exotic, a touch of class only Tom Ford can accomplish. Tom Ford's White Suede reflects traditional classification with a modern sparkle of sophistication. A rare delight only found in the Tom Ford Private Blend Collection.

Jasmine Musk is a floral burst of energy! Ylang-ylang and jasmine compliment a muskey heart of patchouli, and orris. Vanilla, a key fragrant note in most Tom Ford fragrances, help decend into a base of sandalwood, vetiver, cistus and amber. The finishing touch, musk! Musk Pure is defined as “an exercise in sublime simplicity.” Each notes develops an authentic blend of bergamot, pepper, ylang-ylang, and orpur. A smooth heart of jasmine and lily of the valley acquaint with orris butter and orris absolute to create a simplistic base exposing jasmine sambac, tonka, benzoin tears and Laotian beeswax. Tom Ford Musk Pure is flawless, the perfect combination of fresh florals and spices. It's simply pure.

Urban Musk posseses opulent, oriental tones that include ambrette seed absolute extra (extraction from ambrette seed essential oil) and white pepper CO2. A warm heart of cumin, white honey, jasmine sambac, and black plum dramatize a base of tonkin musk headspace and benzoin Laos orpur. Urban Musk is energetically edgy and ideal for a city inspired look.

“The intention was to build on the true beauty of musk, which is not at all heavy or dirty, but has a deep, compelling softness,” Ford continued. “Inhaling pure musk is a bit like inhaling nude skin. What I discovered is that there’s such a spectrum of shades and tones within the musk family that a single fragrance couldn’t capture its character.”

Tom Ford's White Musk Collection was designed to convey the scents’ lighter, whiter spirit then it's previous versions of the Tom Ford Private Blend. The signature, dark glass “chess piece” flacon has been reworked in clear glass, is topped with an ivory cap, and bears an ivory label stamped in gold. Tom Ford's Private Blend White Musk Collection is available as a 50ml Eau de Toilette and it was launched September 2009.
